Zhengti training part 1 - Introduction
Part 1 - Introduction and first practice session
Zhengti
Zhengti is a Medical Qigong Therapy that has its main focus on Internal Qiflow and sharpening awareness. Zhengti means we are one with the universe. It relates to Zhineng Qigong in certain aspects. So the Qi you work with is also Hun Yuan Qi for example. Same as in Zhineng Qigong. Matter, Qi and information.
Hun Yuan Qi
Hun Yuan Qi, the source before any form of duality. Hun Yuan Qi is the original or most native primal Qi. The core nature of the universe. Empty space. In the early days Qi and Dao weren’t separate things. Later on the characteristics of Qi were discovered and started evolving from experience and practice. Hun Yuan Qi is one of the many different types of Qi used by Qigong forms/styles. In this training we work with Hun Yuan Qi. This is the theory we base this Qigong training on. Whenever we imagine/visualize Qi we approach it this way in our mind.
Qi follows the mind.
Inner nature
Based on the 5 elements of nature (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, Fire) and the associated organs we practice the transforming of our inner/ programmed nature. From yin nature to yang nature.

This session we start with the earth element. Which is the stomach/pancreas in the human body.
Calling the spirit of the earth element: Xing Shi
This stands for trust the universe, believe in cause and effect.
Qi Body movements
Practice of the Qi flow down the right side of the torso.
This lesson we practice the Lungs and tigerfoot walk.
