Excercise during specific times of the day
Every organs has a maximum Qi flow and a minimum Qi flow at specific hours during the day according to TCM.
When you practice the organs in these timeframes it can help the effect of the excercise.
Here is an overview of a combination of some Zhengti Therapy excercises you can do.
