Here is a list of common Qigong practices with a short explanation
Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down
This is the fundamental excercise of Zhineng Qigong. It has all Qi movements in it for every zhineng qigong practitioner. The essence of this excercise, or better said method, is to release (negative/old Qi) and absorb fresh hunyan (universal) Qi. Open/Close, Release/Absorb, In/Out, Up/Down are all part of this method. After years of practice it still unfolds.
Three Center Merge
This is a standing meditation method in the tradition of Zhineng Qigong. The focus is on merging the top of the head(baihui), the palms of the hands(Laogong), the bottom of the feet(Yongquan) into the lower dantian. The area in bewteen the navel(Duqi) and Mingmen(Opposite the navel at the lower back).
Practice the lungs
A Chant based Qi excercise to stimulate the downward QiFlow on the right side of the torso. This a Zhengti Qigong excercise. It is beneficial for the lungs.
Practice the stomach
A Chant based Qi excercise to stimulate the downward QiFlow on the right side of the torso. This a Zhengti Qigong excercise. It is beneficial for the stomach.
Practice the gallbladder
A Chant based Qi excercise to stimulate the downward QiFlow on the right side of the torso. This a Zhengti Qigong excercise. It is beneficial for the gallbladder.
Practice the kidneys
A Chant based Qi excercise to stimulate the downward QiFlow on the right side of the torso. This a Zhengti Qigong excercise. It is beneficial for the kidneys.
Tigerfoot walk
A Qi excercise for the kidneys and lower dantian.
Practice SI joints
A Qi excercise for the SI joints and the lower dantian.
Dragon Head Phenix Wings
A Qi excercise for the lower dantian on the backside of the body.
